[XeTeX] Res: small caps not searcheable

I tried compiling the test file with several different fonts; these are 
all Adobe commercial fonts.

With Minion Pro and Garamond Premr Pro, the small caps "fbi" is not found.
With Myriad Pro the small caps "fbi" is found.

There doesn't seem to be any usable date information on the Adobe CD to 
indicate which have been revised most recently.
