[XeTeX] Copying some pages from one PDF to another

Hi Pander,

I am not familiar with pdfjam, but you can use
\usepackage[final]{pdfpages} and then e.g.
\includepdf[pages=-]{allpages.pdf} or
\includepdf[pages={1,4}]{pages1and4.pdf} for such mix-n-mash tasks.

Or do you need more fancy features?
