[XeTeX] Xetex doesnt display chinese characters in fonts that should have them

It doesn't any harm. You can load fontenc as often as you want
(fontspec is loading it too) and you can load (and use) as many
encodings as you want. You should simply make sure that the encoding
fits the font. The fonts loaded by fontspec needs EU1 as encoding,
but as fontspec is loaded after fontenc and sets the encoding to EU1
this is correct in the document.
