[XeTeX] No includegraphics?

OK, we're getting there... I now get a picture and all...

I've downloaded the Mac-Tex 2008, and the System Preference says 'Full  
TeX Live 2008 Distribution. See The MacTeX Distribution.'

I've removed the complete texmf folder.

And yes, of course it's /usr/texbin and /usr/local/bin. Sorry about  
the confusion.

Still, I would be interested to know how to start all over again with  
the most recent issue! I still get 'LaTeX2e <2003/12/01>' in my console!
