[XeTeX] Screen viewing/reading of books

Unless I'm missing something, the pdfscreen package is bugged: see
attachments
and http://www.tex.ac.uk/cgi-bin/texfaq2html?label=missbegdoc

It compiles fine without calling \usepackage[...]{pdfscreen}
