[XeTeX] xelatex using fontspec package

That's right -- small caps have to be specifically created for the  
font; they're not just scaled down copies of the capitals. There are  
many commercial fonts with small caps but not many free ones. Common  
examples are Minion Pro, Garamond Pro, etc.
