[XeTeX] xelatex.fmt missing

It should be in the TeX Live documentation.

Probably you first need to enable the XeTeX and XeLaTeX formats. A  
simple 'fmtutil --listcfg' should list the xetex and xelatex entries.  
The commands

	sudo fmtutil-sys --enablefmt xetex
	sudo fmtutil-sys --enablefmt xelatex

should un-comment them. A final

	sudo fmtutil-sys --missing

should create the missing formats.

The few commands used come from TeX Live 2007. IMO they are supposed  
to work on some Linux system too.
