If i load utf8 I get the warning "***************************(ucs) You seem to
have loaded inputencoding utf8(ucs) (LaTeX kernel UTF-8) instead of utf8x
(ucs.sty UTF-8)" but the file compiles. In the past it failed, thus I will
use utf8 as long as the warning is the only problem.
