[XeTeX] Pitstop does not identify the XeLaTeX PDF!

Howdy,

You're looking in the wrong place. Move those files from ~/Library/ 
TeXShop/Engines/Inactive/XeTeX/ (where ~ means your home directory)  
into ~/Library/TeXShop/Engines/ (i.e., two levels up). Then restart  
TeXShop and the engines should appear on the drop down list on the  
source file's toolbar.

If the Inactive folder isn't there temporarily move the Engines folder  
to your desktop and restart TeXShop. This will recreate the original  
Engines folder (the one you were looking at inside the application  
itself). You can then merge the contents of your old Engines folder  
with the new one.
