[XeTeX] default char classes

I thought it'd been already done. But if it's not, YES! Definitely. It
should improve automatic hyphenation of words which contain
non-standard-alphabetic letters, right?

I think I could spend some spare time to define few blocks in this way
if you tell me how to do it.
