[XeTeX] Problem using XeTeXinterchartoks

Thank you Jonathan. That did the trick. The point that other readers of 
this list should note is:

The MikTeX 2.7 release of XeTeX does not support XeTeXinterchartoks as 
expected unless you update unicode-letters.tex and rebuild the XeLaTeX 
and XeTeX formats.
