[XeTeX] font selection debugging

no, it isn't a fontspec's fault. it is either xetex's or fontconfig's
bug.

i traced this code

\loggingall
\setmainfont[SmallCapsFont={ArTarumianGrqiNor_U},BoldItalicFont={Courier},BoldFont={ArTarumianGrqiNor_U BoldItalic},ItalicFont={FMBF Notr}]{ArTarumianGrqiBardzr_U}
\xxx

on both PCs and they give exactly the same logging, but the smallcaps
font appears to be different.

i'll do more testing to produce a smaller test case.
