[XeTeX] fontspec: mapping=tex-text for the lmodern fonts

If you mean that the fonts need to be installed in the system: on
windows xdvipfmx takes the fonts from the texmf-tree.

Thanks. Latin Modern Roman works fine (and also answer how you can avoid
to put a size in the declaration).
