[XeTeX] Polyglossia and French punctuation

You can consider it a bug :) I had actually noted that already, but had 
not yet taken care of it. Thanks for spotting that!

It's actually easy to fix: in gloss-french.ldf just add those two lines 
at the end of the function \french at guillemets:

    \XeTeXinterchartoks 8 7 = {\unskip\kern.1667em}% "»;" -> "» ;"
    \XeTeXinterchartoks 7 8 = {\unskip\kern.1667em}% "?»" -> "? »"

I'll commit that on the svn repo soon.
