[XeTeX] Translating XeTeX primitive messages

[VAFA KHALIGHI]

Is there any way that XeTeX primitive messages can be translated to Persian
in the macro level without doing it in the actual engine?

so for example;

"I'm ignoring the command and its parameters"--->

«من فرمان شما را به همراه پارامترهایش نادیده خواهم گرفت.»
