[XeTeX] How to generate Greek polytonic text using WinEdt on XP?

Unfortunately, this is not possible because WinEdt does not support Unicode.
Editors that support Unicode include Texmaker,
http://www.xm1math.net/texmaker/, (I use this) and TeXworks,
http://www.tug.org/texworks/.
