[XeTeX] xelatex and DejaVu Sans

Hi,

is use xelatex (XeTeX 3.1415926-2.2-0.999.6) with DejaVu Sans 
(ttf-Version 2.26) and has a problem with the ligature fi.

Instead the ligature fi, i get a litle ghost.

Is tis a font oder a xelatex problem?

\setsansfont[Mapping=tex-text]{DejaVu Sans}
