[XeTeX] PDF properties like title, author and keywords

In TeXLive 2007 each program (dvipdfm, lcdf-typetools etc.) installed
it's own version of the glyph list. In TL2008 they made the sane
decision to put them all in one package and make other packages that
need it depend on it. The lists in TL2008 are actually from
lcdf-typetools, because of the extensions it needs.
