[XeTeX] Stretching glyphs vertically?

Hi all,

I'm trying to duplicate the title page of a book -- I'm using the  
memoir and fontspec packages. The title and author appear to be Times  
New Roman, but stretched about 200% vertically. Does anyone know of a  
way in XeTeX to do that?
