[XeTeX] Problem with \XeTeXinputencoding

Yes, that will avoid the problem. However, it really is a xetex bug:  
if the last line of the file does not end with a newline (CR/LF/CRLF),  
and if you're using \XeTeXinputencoding to set a specific encoding  
rather than using the default built-in Unicode support, then the last  
line may be ignored.

I'll try to get this fixed soon.
