[XeTeX] Slanted Latin Modern specification with fontspec

The next version of fontspec will support XeTeX's font slanting  
feature (which you can do right now with, say,  
[RawFeature={slant=0.2}]), so you'll be able to do this if you really  
want. Mechanical font slanting should be considered in the same vein  
as letterspacing lowercase text, however.
