[XeTeX] Problem with MinionPro package and XeTeX?

I tried your above code without any changes and it compiles OK in my  
Mac (TeXLive ---MacTeX--- 2007, XeTeX 0.997), but see below.

???. I have MinionPro-Regular--lcdfj.tfm and MinionPro- 
RegularLCDFJ.pfb, but not MinionPro-RegularLCDFJ.tfm.
