[XeTeX] Problem with MinionPro package and XeTeX?

Xetex is not searching a tfm, it has difficulties to find the real font.

As far as I know xetex would use the map-file of dvipdfm(x) in such
cases. So the question is if it works with latex + dvipdfm or latex +
dvipdfmx.
