[XeTeX] Font problem : This font using the "seac" command for accented characters

You can run t1disasm on the original Type1 font. This might then
include things like this:

/Ccedilla {
        56 765 hsbw
        142 248 0 67 203 seac
        } ND

This means that Ccedilla is build from a C (67 in Adobe Standard
Encoding) and cedilla (203 in Adobe Standard Encoding).
