No, there isn't - sorry. There is Will Robertson's quick reference  
guide (try "texdoc xetex-reference"; it might well be included in  
your distribution), which gives a summary of features. There's also  
an older file that discusses features in a bit more detail (try  
"texdoc XeTeX-notes"), but this does not cover some of the newer  
additions.

Both of these are available in TeX Live, and you should be able to  
find them online if your distribution didn't include them.

There have been a couple of people who expressed interest in working  
on more documentation, but so far nothing comprehensive has emerged....
