[XeTeX] Many warnings when compile beamer presentation using XeLaTex

I should have tried ;-(. I had forgotten that you can't load geometry
before the class. 

Try 
\PassOptionsToPackage{pdftex}{geometry}

I asked about geometry.cfg not .sty.
