scripts.sil.org/svn-public/xdvipdfmx/TRUNK.

You'll need libkpathsea to compile. Xdvipdfmx needs libfontconfig  
(libfreetype could be used from inside the xetex tree). While  
xdvipdfmx uses the usual configure and make xetex has its build-xetex  
script.
