The reason for this is that Loeghmon is using
	Content-Type: 	text/plain; charset="windows-1256"
	Content-Transfer-Encoding: 	base64

while Will is using
	Content-Type: 	text/plain; charset="us-ascii"
	Content-Transfer-Encoding: 	7bit

Otared is using
	Content-Type: 	text/plain; charset="utf-8"
	Content-Transfer-Encoding: 	base64

I guess you've already seen the proof in his 2nd message...
