Yes. Latin Modern tricked me in TeXLive 2007 with their unexpected  
support of maths fonts. I've been meaning to push out an update with  
this all fixed up, but haven't had the time recently.

(Let me know before you release v0.998, Jonathan, and we'll make sure  
it's fixed up then.)
