You have:

%% GhostScript (Unix/Linux):
D "gs -q -dNOPAUSE -dBATCH -sPAPERSIZE=a0 ...

%% GhostScript (Win32):
%D "gswin32c -q -dNOPAUSE -dBATCH -sPAPERSIZE=a0 ...

If you are on Win32, then you have to activate the
latter.
