[XeTeX] Use Type 1 Math Fonts with fontspec

This is because fontspec's maths support was written back before the  
xdvipdfmx driver, and only assumes a very small number of possible  
additional maths fonts. This needs to be re-examined, but  
unfortunately I don't really have any time at the moment. I'll keep  
an eye out for some spare time to investigate the problem.
