Hi Apostolos, The "correct" way of going about this is indeed to use unicode, for which we're currently in progress with creating Xe(La)TeX support. (Stay tuned over the next couple of months.) There are ranges for storing the mathematical alphabets such as fraktur and blackboard, etc. Hope this helps, Will
