[XeTeX] xetex and fontenc an IL2

XeTeX does not use VF files.

Do the missing glyphs č and ě really exist? A standard Utopia font  
does not show them to me ...

Do you get them when you leave away

	\usepackage{xunicode}

This package matches TeX constructs to real Unicode characters. If  
Utopia does not have the real glyphs, then XeTeX would need to build  
them like TeX does ... (and it can do so)
