[XeTeX] matching mono font

Using the slides document class, the default font is mono. And I wanted
to match its lowercase letters in other fonts. I know that I can use
Scale=MatchLowercase to match the roman font, but I don't know how (and
whether) Scale=MatchLowercase can be used by the roman, sans and other
fonts to match the mono font size. (I hope it is clear.)
