[XeTeX] "new-babel", was: Ancient Greek hyphenation

OK, let’s stop joking about babble. More seriously, I plead for a  
name which is easy to understand for the majority of the TeX  
community, and I suppose that an anglo-american approach is more  
appropriate in this respect. Even for non-European users a decent  
mastery of the english language is simply a precondition for using  
the system. Hence my vote for multilang (polyglossia is OK too).
