[XeTeX] Wanted: full bibliographic citation package

I have wasted hours now searching for a package that will conform to  
stylesheet of SBL (which is Chicago really); namely, that I cite with  
footnotes with full bibliographic data.  It seems that natbib only  
provides Author-Date.  I've spent hours with jurabib thinking it was  
my saviour, only to discover that it doesn't *quite* do what I need.   
Does anyone know of a full-bibliographic package that functions in a  
similar way to natbib, except that one can include more data that the  
vague (Author Date) system?
