[XeTeX] Ancient Greek Hyphenation

There is no reason to place it a particular directory. I suppose
you can leave it in the directory where you have build your format file.

Thanks for the more detailed instructions. I'm still not there yet 
though! Where exactly do I put the hyphen.cfg? As I said, there are 
many (about four) on my system. Is it in tex/generic/babel?
