I cannot a see a difference in the PDF produced by xdv2pdf or by
xdvipdfmx: 6 blue words are black and 7 black words are blue. So the
bug of colourising left-to-right in a right-to-left environment is
likely to be inside XeTeX.

(And there seems to be another one in the paper sizes chosen, from
pdfinfo:

	Producer: xdvipdfmx (0.4)
	CreationDate: Tue Apr 17 12:35:03 2007
	Tagged: no
	Pages: 1
	Encrypted: no
	>>>Page size: 595.28 x 841.89 pts (A4)
	File size: 5010 bytes
	Optimized: no
	PDF version: 1.4

	Title: XeTeX output 2007.04.17:1237
	Creator: xdv2pdf
Producer: Mac OS X 10.4.9 Quartz PDFContext
	CreationDate: Tue Apr 17 12:37:24 2007
	ModDate: Tue Apr 17 12:37:24 2007
	Tagged: no
	Pages: 1
	Encrypted: no
	>>>Page size: 612 x 792 pts (letter)
	File size: 14861 bytes
	Optimized: no
	PDF version: 1.3

Somehow xdv2pdf did not learn that my default for paper is ISO A4.)
