[XeTeX] embedding fonts in a pdf

As long as the font allows embedding, it gets (partially) embedded.  
You can overwrite this legal behaviour by using -E for xdvipdfmx, the  
XDVI to PDF convertor (xe(la)tex -output-driver='xdvipdfmx -E',  
adding also -v or even -vv you can see a (vast) bit more of what  
xdvipdfmx is doing).

With xpdf you get the programme pdffonts (and pdfinfo and pdfimages  
and pdftoppm and pdftops and pdftotext).
