I haven't tested it with either fontspec or the /B specifier, but
Kaffeesatz <http://www.yanone.de/typedesign/kaffeesatz/> is one of
these fonts available in several degrees of "boldness" -- thin,
light, regular and bold. I must confess my German isn't good enough
for understanding everything there, and I haven't taken the time to
go through it with a bilingual dictionary.
