[XeTeX] problems with lengths

I have set both texttt ornaments in the document below, having both the
same distance to the text. But when I compile it with XeTeX, I got the
lower ornament has more distance to the text (see attached image).

Am I missing something or is this a bug?

BTW, the Web-O-Mints GD font can be downloaded at
http://www.ctan.org/tex-archive/fonts/webomints/.
