www.fonts.com seems to have most if not all of them:

www.adobe.com has OpenType versions:

Not 100% sure if they add many new characters though --- Adobe's site  
mentions only having basic Latin, Euro symbol and some undisclosed  
set of ligatures. Font Explorer says Lucida Std Roman has 265  
characters and only shows fi, fl, ff, ffi and ffl ligatures.
