[XeTeX] Getting some errors after upgrades

I updated my teTeX install today and started to get some errors the
first is with fontspec which I updated along with ifxetex and
xltxtra. It seems that somehow \RequireXeTeX is no longer being
defined. I call things in the order ifxetex, fontspec, then xltxtra.

<snip></snip>

(./styles/fontspec.sty
! Undefined control sequence.
<recently read> \RequireXeTeX

l.19 \RequireXeTeX

<snip></snip>

The second error seems to be with hdvipdfm.def which must have been
updated in the teTeX update. I then moved to the new TeXLive setup
and have the same error. This one I have no real clue on and it
happens even when using pdfTeX.

*hyperref using driver hdvipdfm*
(/usr/local/TeXLive/texmf.texlive/tex/latex/hyperref/hdvipdfm.def))

?
! Missing number, treated as zero.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
