[XeTeX] XeTeX vertical text layout support (for Linux & win32 users)

Hi Will,
I would like to spend more time on this and prepare a LaTeX document
with samples using these features. But I'm busy preparing for exam this
week. I hope I can send you the sample document (and PDF) this weekend.
