I tried implementing the syntax in this way, but it wasn't very  
robust and ended up being a bit ugly looking. Try instead (untested,  
read the documentation for an example):

>  \setromanfont[Mapping=tex-text, SmallCapsFeatures= 
> {Numbers=OldStyle}]{Palatino Linotype}
