InDesign has been supporting the OpenType optical "size" feature at 
least since version 2.0 if not earlier. Regarding the Garamond Premier 
Pro bug in the "size" feature definition, David Lemon, Senior Manager 
for Type Development, responds to it:  "Yep, this is a known bug. Pretty 
embarrassing, but that's one way to learn. We've tweaked our testing so 
that this won't happen again. Of course, we'll have a fixed version out 
in a while. "
