[XeTeX] weird kerning with GFS Didot's italic face

Apparently so; that's included in the features ICU Layout applies if  
it is asked for "kerning". (See the ICU source.) Whether that's a  
reasonable decision may be open to debate. I see that the OT spec on  
Microsoft's site suggests that it "would be off by default", but a  
comment in the ICU source says that it is "following Adobe  
recommendation for CJK 'kerning'".

I guess it should be up to the CJK users to express their preferences  
on this one; I don't really know anything about it.
