[XeTeX] Type 1 fonts in W32 XeTeX

It should be able to use type 1 fonts, though obviously you don't get  
all the nice typographic features that OT fonts  can provide.

I haven't seen behavior like this on Linux, with any type 1 font I've  
tried. So it may be a bug in the W32 port.... or it may be a bug that  
shows up only under certain circumstances. If someone with access to  
both the W32 and Linux versions could try the exact same type 1 font  
on both, that would be helpful.

Also, could you re-run this test using "xetex -no-pdf", and send me  
the resulting .xdv file? That would allow me to check whether the  
problem is in xetex or xdvipdfmx, and make it easier to locate the  
exact cause of the error.
