The PDF bookmarks [in Cyrillic] can't be done with XeTeX currently,  
as far as I know; you'll have to either make do with Latin-script  
bookmarks, or find a tool to add/edit them afterwards. Sorry, that's  
a known limitation (I hope it will not remain that way too much longer).

And floating figures.... no, I'm not even going to think about it!  
Sounds like an issue for the LaTeX experts. :)
