[XeTeX] hyphenating words with - and /

Hi there,

I would like to know how can I enable hyphenation on expressions such as
that contain a hyphen or a slash, such as Smith-Jones and Müller/Jakobs.

The default behavior seems not to hyphenate these ones. And I need to
get them hyphenated.
